Banana Nice Cream

Ingredients:

• 6 just-ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
• 4 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil
• Ice-cream to serve (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mash the frozen bananas until smooth.
2. Add the coconut oil or vegetable oil and continue mashing until the mixture is well combined.
3. If desired, add your favorite ice-cream toppings and enjoy!

Tips:

For a creamier texture, let the mashed bananas thaw for a few minutes before mashing.

To make a thicker nice cream, add more frozen bananas.

For a sweeter nice cream, add a little bit of honey or maple syrup.

To make a vegan nice cream, use coconut oil instead of vegetable oil.
