Banana Nice Cream
Ingredients:
- 6 just-ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
- 4 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil
- Ice-cream to serve (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mash the frozen bananas until smooth.
- Add the coconut oil or vegetable oil and continue mashing until the mixture is well combined.
- If desired, add your favorite ice-cream toppings and enjoy!
Tips:
For a creamier texture, let the mashed bananas thaw for a few minutes before mashing.
To make a thicker nice cream, add more frozen bananas.
For a sweeter nice cream, add a little bit of honey or maple syrup.
To make a vegan nice cream, use coconut oil instead of vegetable oil.
